Tirta Ayu Spa Nigeria offer a premium spa experience. We built an AI-powered chat assistant for their website and connected it to online booking, so guests can get answers and book a treatment at any hour.
The same questions, all day
Guests wanted to know about treatments, prices, opening hours and availability before they booked. Most of those questions arrived by phone and message, often when the team was busy with guests in front of them, or after hours when nobody could answer.
Every booking then had to be taken down and entered by hand, and an unanswered question at 10pm could easily become a booking somewhere else.
Answers and bookings, any hour
The AI chat assistant on the website answers guests’ questions about treatments and the spa in the spa’s own voice, from what the spa has told it.
When a guest is ready, the assistant takes them straight into booking: they choose a treatment and a time that is actually free, and the booking lands with the team already filled in. The team spends less time repeating answers and re-typing bookings, and more time with the guests in front of them.
