First Dolphin Travels plan trips, book flights and hotels, and help clients with their travel paperwork. We built the in-house portal the team runs the agency on.
Every trip in a different place
A single trip touches a lot of moving parts: the client’s details and documents, flight and hotel bookings, payments, and deadlines that can’t be missed.
That information was spread across inboxes, spreadsheets and staff phones. Finding the latest version of a booking or a client’s documents took time, payments had to be matched by hand, and clients called to ask where things stood.
One portal for every booking
The portal gives each client and each trip one record. Bookings, documents, payments and notes all sit together, so anyone on the team can pick up a client and see exactly where things are.
The team works from one list of what needs doing next, payments are recorded against the trip they belong to, and management can see bookings and money across the whole agency without waiting for someone to put a report together.
