How we work
See it, try it on your own data, then decide.
The first three steps are on us. You only pay if you decide to make it production-ready, and that’s one fixed price for the project, agreed before we start. You’re free to stop after any step.
Where the time goes
Work slows down wherever it waits on someone.
A payment waiting to be matched, a file waiting on a signature, a parent waiting for a statement. We find those pinch points in how your organisation really runs, then build the system that takes them out.
-
01 Free
Preview
Tell us how your organisation works, and within one working day we’ll send you a private preview of the system you could run on, and the hours it would give back.
-
02 Free
Call
A relaxed 20-minute video call with Brendan, our founder, about what’s slowing you down, and whether the preview is on the right track.
-
03 Free
Pilot
We build a working first version around whatever’s slowing you down most, on your own data, in about two weeks. It’s our chance to prove it works. If it doesn’t, we switch it off and you owe us nothing.
-
04 Fixed price
Build
Then we make it production-ready: every workflow finished, your data moved across and your team trained. One fixed price for the whole project, agreed before we start.
-
05 Optional
Care
If you’d like, we’ll run it, look after it and keep making it better. Agreed with you, and priced to what your system needs.
01 · The preview
A look at your own system before you’ve spoken to anyone.
Answer a few questions about how your organisation works and where the time goes. Within one working day, we’ll send you a private link to a preview built around your answers.
- The modules you’d run on, with records that look like yours
- A normal day and week, with what happens by itself
- The hours a week it would give your team back
- Private to you, with a link that works for 14 days

03 · The Pilot · free
A working first version, on your data, in about two weeks.
The Pilot is where we prove it. We aim it at whatever’s slowing you down most, not at a checklist of features, so you can feel the difference in your own week.
- Day 0
Call and agree
Together we agree which problems to go after, and you sign a short pilot agreement. Nothing to pay.
- Days 1–3
Inside the work
A few short sessions with the people who do the work, and access to the data the Pilot needs.
- Days 3–12
We build
We build a first version on your data, and you see progress as it happens.
- Day 14
You decide
We walk you through it, with a scope, a roadmap and one fixed price to make it production-ready. If it’s not for you, no hard feelings: we switch it off.
04 · The build
From working pilot to a system your organisation runs on.
The Pilot proves it works. The build makes it production-ready, so it can carry your organisation every day without anyone having to babysit it.
Scope and roadmap
What we’ll finish, connect and change, in what order, written plainly.
One fixed price
For the whole project, agreed before we start. No day rates, no open-ended estimates.
Built properly
Every workflow finished, your data moved across, edge cases handled and your team trained.
Simple payments
A deposit when you sign. The balance when it’s finished, after 10 working days for you to check it. Through Paystack or by bank transfer.
05 · Care · optional
If you’d like, we’ll keep it running and keep making it better.
Care is agreed with you and priced to what your system needs. It can include any of the below, and every month you get a one-page report showing what your system did and the time it gave your team back.
- Hosting, monitoring, backups and security
- Integrations kept working as connected tools change
- Fixes and small changes
- New starters added, leavers removed
- Monthly one-page value report
- Ongoing priority improvements, every month
- A quarterly review of what’s slowing you down, using your own system data
- Priority response
- Optional. Agreed with each client, priced to what your system needs.
- No minimum term. Either of us can end it with 30 days’ notice.
- Paid monthly in advance, by a saved card through Paystack or by bank transfer.
- New modules or major features are scoped and quoted separately.
- Not measured in hours: no allowance to run out of, nothing extra when something needs fixing.
- You always own your data. A buy-out price to take the system in-house is agreed up front.
Already have a system? We can look after it.
It doesn’t have to be one we built. We start with a short takeover check: what’s there, the access we need and the risks, written down so we both know where we’re starting from. Then Care works the same way: a monthly fee, no minimum term, a report every month. Anything that was already broken is quoted separately, before we touch it.
Questions
The things people usually ask.
Why is the Pilot free?
Because the quickest way to earn your trust is to show you something working on your own data. We build fast, with AI doing a lot of the heavy lifting, so a first version costs us days, not months. If it doesn’t prove itself, neither of us has lost much.
What’s the catch?
There isn’t one, though there are a few ground rules. You sign a short pilot agreement. What we build stays ours until you go ahead, and if you don’t, we switch it off and delete your data. No invoice, no awkward chase.
Is the Pilot the finished system?
No, and we’ll never pretend it is. The Pilot proves the idea works on your biggest bottlenecks, even if some workflows are only partly done. The paid build makes it production-ready: every workflow finished, your data moved across, edge cases handled, your team trained.
Why don’t you publish prices?
Because every organisation is different, and a number on a web page is either too high for a small fix or meaningless for a big one. What we do promise: one fixed price for the project, agreed in writing before we start. No day rates, no surprises.
How do payments work?
A deposit when you sign, paid online. The balance when the build is finished. You get 10 working days to check it; after that it counts as accepted and the balance is due. Pay by card, bank transfer or USSD through Paystack, or by transfer to our account. If your organisation deducts withholding tax, just send us the credit note and we record it against the invoice.
Is the preview real?
It’s a concept: real modules, laid out the way your organisation works, filled with sample data. It shows what your system could look like and the time it could give back. The Pilot is where it becomes real.
How much of our time does it take?
A few minutes for the preview, a 20-minute call, then two or three short sessions with the people who do the work during the Pilot. We do the rest.
Can you look after a system someone else built?
Yes. We start with a short takeover check: what’s there, the access we need, and the risks. Then Care works the same way as for our own work: a monthly fee, no minimum term, a report every month. Anything that was already broken is quoted separately before we fix it.
Do you need to visit us?
Almost never. We work over video calls, at times that suit Nigerian working hours. If a job needs hands on site, such as scanning old paper files, we send a trusted person who has signed a confidentiality agreement.
Where is our data kept?
With Nigerian hosting companies, so your records stay in Nigeria. We handle personal data under the Nigeria Data Protection Act, and only the people working on your system can see it.
What tools do you work with?
Mostly systems we build and host ourselves, so you are not paying for licences in dollars. Where you already use something that works, such as your accounting software or Microsoft 365, we connect to it rather than make you start again.
Start by seeing it.
Your own system preview, free, within one working day. Or if you’d rather talk first, we’d love to: 20 minutes, no pitch.
