Good leads, matched by memory
Enquiries came in from everywhere: calls, social media, referrals and walk-ins. Renters wanted a two-bedroom flat in a particular area at a particular price. Buyers wanted land or a finished home. Landlords and developers had properties they needed filled or sold.
Matching them depended on the team remembering who wanted what. Details were written down more than once, good leads went cold while someone searched through chats, and when an enquiry came in for a property nobody had a clear view of who had already been shown it.
