Every event, a hundred moving parts
Each event means venues, dates, suppliers, equipment, staff, budgets and promotion, all moving at once, and usually more than one event in the pipeline.
Planning lived in chats, notes and spreadsheets. It was hard to see what had been agreed, what was still waiting on a decision and who was doing what, and the same details were written out again for each new event.
One plan everyone works from
Every event now has one plan in one system: its venue and date, suppliers, equipment, tasks, budget and who owns each part.
The team can see what is done, what is waiting on a decision and what is coming up next, across every event at once. Events that repeat, like a monthly movie night, start from what worked last time instead of from a blank page.
